Sol Mars (aka Mars Gig) is a 15-year-old mostly self taught guitar player whose primary mission, in his own words, is, "To play beautiful music and make my guitar strings sing to help soothe people and to help heal the world."Sol Mars specializes in solo, instrumental, finger-style guitar and is available for private bookings and other gigs. He has performed at restaurants, coffee houses, bars, cocktail parties, festivals, community events, fundraising events, religious services, memorials, and more.Sol Mars covers a variety of genres from classic rock to classical and from folk to fusion and beyond. To him, it is not the genre that is important but rather how he plays it with his soothing, healing approach.While based in Northwestern New Jersey by Lake Hopatcong, Sol Mars can be available to travel with the right arrangements being made.
